We’re currently busier than usual and experiencing delays with order processing.

An estimated delivery time will be provided at the checkout for all purchases.

We process orders between 2 - 5 days and we dispatch items on Thursdays.

We are working as fast as we can and as soon as your order is ready, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

We make domestic and international shippings, but not all the delivery zones are covered. Please check with Royal mail (https://www.royalmail.com/) if your delivery zone is supported before making your purchase.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Prices displayed at Santa Perpetua's website include the statutory Value Added Tax but does not include a delivery charge. Delivery prices are a flat rate set up before check-out.

When paying by credit or debit card using Square, we reserve the right to check the validity of the card, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser.
